Plated with Purpose| A Dinner Fundraiser by IVRCD x the Webster
Celebrate Farm to School month at Plated with Purpose, a dinner fundraiser hosted by Iowa Valley RC&D at the Webster in Iowa City on October 8th. Event begins at 6 PM.
Each ticket includes a four-course plated dinner with wine pairings. All courses feature locally sourced ingredients prepared by Chef Sam Gelman and his team at the nationally recognized restaurant, the Webster.
Proceeds from the evening will benefit Iowa Valley RC&D’s Value Chain Development Initiative, which strengthens local food systems by connecting farmers, food hubs, schools, and other institutions.
