White Pines Golf Club is located in Bensenville, Illinois, near O'Hare International Airport, making the outing convenient for both local attendees and SIU Rugby alumni traveling to Chicago for the event.
For alumni flying in, the golf course's proximity to O'Hare makes it easy to build a trip around the outing and reconnect with the SIU Rugby community.
Golfers may register individually, as a twosome, or as a foursome. Not a golfer? Join us for dinner! Dinner-only registration is available for alumni, family, friends, and supporters who would like to join the post-golf festivities.

Alumni, family, friends, and supporters are all welcome to join us for the post-golf festivities. The exact dinner start time will be communicated closer to the event based on the expected pace of play.
Each golfer is required to have their own golf bag and set of clubs.
Golfers who need equipment may rent a golf bag and set of clubs directly from White Pines Golf Club for an additional $50 per bag. Club rentals are not included in registration and are not processed through the Southern Illinois Rugby Football Club Alumni. The rental also includes six golf balls and a glove.

Golfers should plan to arrive with enough time to check in and prepare before the 10:00 AM shotgun start.
The outing will be played as a four-person scramble. Each player hits a shot, the team selects the best shot, and all players continue from that location until the hole is completed.
Individual golfers and twosomes are welcome to register and may be paired with other participants to form a foursome.
The golf outing is subject to White Pines Golf Club's weather and course-closure policies. If severe weather, frost, or other circumstances beyond the golf course's control result in closure of the facility, the following policy applies:
0 holes completed: Event will be rescheduledIf White Pines Golf Club cancels the tournament because of weather conditions before nine holes are completed, the tournament will be rescheduled. All decisions regarding course closure are made at the sole discretion of White Pines Golf Club. The golf course also reserves the right to restrict carts to cart paths due to inclement weather, course conditions, overseeding, or routine maintenance.
This event is a fundraiser organized by the Southern Illinois Rugby Football Club Alumni. Proceeds from the outing will support the alumni organization's efforts to strengthen and support SIU Rugby.
