Motorcycle Charity Ride Waiver Event Name: Ride For Hope Charity Ride Date: July 20, 2024 In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Ride For Hope Charity Ride, organized by Ride for Hope/The Healing Home Retreat, I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Assumption of Risks: I understand that participating in a motorcycle ride involves certain risks, including but not limited to injury, damage to property, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participating in this event. Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless [Event Organizer/Organization], its officers, employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of or in connection with my participation in the Ride For Hope Charity Ride. Insurance: I understand that I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for my motorcycle and personal well-being during the event. Compliance with Laws: I agree to comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations during the ride and to ride responsibly and safely. Photography and Likeness: I grant permission to Ride for Hope/The Healing Home Retreat to take photographs and/or videos of me during the event and to use these materials for promotional purposes. Medical Assistance: In the event of an accident or injury, I authorize Ride for Hope/The Healing Home Retreat to seek and consent to emergency medical treatment on my behalf.
