Join us for an unforgettable evening of fun, healing, community, and friendly competition at our 3rd Annual Meredith C. Thomas Trivia Night Fundraiser! We are partnering with The Myositis Association to celebrate Meredith's life and legacy. In honor of Meredith's passion for learning and community spirit, we are raising funds for a Myositis-focused research fellowship in her memory - The Meredith C. Thomas Memorial Fellowship. Location: Butterfield Country Club (2800 Midwest Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523)
Time: 5:30pm - 10:00pm
Doors open at 5:30pm - Check in and grab dinner & a drink!
7:00pm - Trivia & other fun activities begin.
Highlights of the Evening:
Exciting Trivia Rounds: Test your knowledge across a variety of topics, with questions designed for all ages and skill levels.
Buffet dinner & open bar are included in the price of your ticket.
Other fun highlights: Paddle Raise, a fun game, Live Auction items, and more!
How to Participate:

Form a Team: Gather your friends, family, or colleagues to form a team of 10 members. Cost per table is $1,250. Our planning team will reach out to gather the names of your table attendees.
Don’t have a full team? No problem - Our planning team will assign you/your group to a fun table! Individual tickets are $125.
Want to register a team of 8 or 9 (instead of 10)? We can be flexible! Just email meredithslegacy33@gmail.com.
