π Vineyard Community Car Show π Join us for the First Annual Vineyard Community Car Show; a fun, family-friendly day filled with amazing vehicles, local vendors, and community connection!
Downtown Muncy, Inc. (DMI) welcomes artisan, craft, food, nonprofit, and community vendors to participate in our events throughout the year.
This registration is for vendor participation only and includes required information needed for event planning.

Vendors must comply with all applicable local, county, and state laws, as well as eventβspecific rules.
Downtown Muncy, Inc. is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of vendor property, equipment, or products. Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their setup, products, or personnel.
Vendor Categories & Fees
Vendor fees are per event and vary based on space type:
β’ $25 - Artisan/Craft/Retail Vendor (10'Γ10' tent)
β’ $45 - Food Vendor (25' linear feet)
β’ $0 - Nonprofit/Community/Sponsor (10'Γ10' tent)
Each fee is for one spot for a single event. Vendor space is limited.
Final Notes
β’ Location requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed.β’ Vendors are required to bring their own supplies (i.e. table, chairs, canopies, electrical source).
β’ NO ELECTRIC IS AVAILABLE.
β’ Vendors are asked to remain at the event for the full duration.
β’ Vendors will be asked to vacate the event if any unruly behavior is exhibited.
β’ Your ticket purchase for vendor fees is non-refundable. Event will not be canceled and fees will not be returned due to weather. This event is outdoors.
β’ After completing a ticket purchase, we will contact you prior to the event with more information, such as space #, parking information, and additional set up instructions.
β’ Vendor setup: 8:00 AM β 10:00 AM. All vendors must vacate by 4:00 PM.
π§ Traffic & Street Closure: Sherman Street will be CLOSED from Water Street to High Street from 8:00 AM β 4:00 PM.
π Car Show Setup & Entry:
β’ Vehicle entry via High Street only.
β’ Cars will be staged in the Vineyard parking lot and field.
β’ Please follow volunteer directions upon arrival.
π Awards: Car show awards will be coordinated by Carz 4a Cause and presented by Vineyard youth.
This event supports the Vineyard Community Activity Center and its mission to provide a safe, welcoming place for youth and families in our community.
