Moderated Discussion (approx. 45 min) — A guided conversation between the moderator and Councillor Halley covering topics that matter most to residents, including the roles and responsibilities of a city councillor and how decisions are made at City Hall.
Audience Q&A (approx. 25 min) — Your turn. Bring your questions and share your perspective directly with Councillor Halley in an open forum.
Community Mingle (approx. 25 min) — Stick around for informal conversation with your councillor and neighbours. This is a great opportunity to continue the dialogue in a relaxed setting.
