The Wiz! with IPCS

Join us for an exciting cultural enrichment experience as we attend The Wiz, the groundbreaking Broadway musical that reimagines The Wonderful Wizard of Oz through the lens of Black culture, music, and storytelling. Scholars will experience a live theatrical performance featuring powerful vocals, dynamic choreography, and themes of courage, self-discovery, perseverance, and community.

This trip is designed to expose students to the performing arts while reinforcing the importance of creativity, representation, and excellence. Following the performance, scholars will have opportunities to reflect on the show's themes and discuss connections to literature, history, culture, and personal growth.
