Through this workshop you will discover how to lead your organization with impact and enrich your delivery of services to the Brown County Community! You will:
- Gain a deeper understanding of how your communication affects decisions, relationships and outcomes.
- Strengthen your ability to communicate clearly and consistently to build trust, integrity and support a healthy organizational culture.
- Cultivate greater self-awareness and confidence as a leader.
- Develop strategies to lead your organizations through uncertainty.
No horse experience necessary and no riding involved
