Update: QuestCDC has made the difficult decision to postpone the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Heritage Village at Westlake, originally scheduled for August 24, 2026.
This isn't a step back — it's a commitment to delivering the quality this community deserves. Developed with Columbia Residential and Atlanta Housing, in partnership with the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, Mercy Care and Partners for Home, Heritage Village represents years of shared vision, and we want to get every detail right before we celebrate together.
