7/26/26 Teenpower/Fullpower Safety & Self-Defense in San Diego
In this fun, hands-on program, people ages 13+ will learn and practice skills for preventing and solving problems with people, including:
- Using their awareness
- Projecting an assertive attitude
- Moving away from trouble
- Setting boundaries with friends and adults
- Being persistent in getting help
- Using their voices & bodies to escape from an attack
- Using introductory physical self-defense techniques
This workshop includes the opportunity for people to practice physical self-defense skills on kick pads AND with a head-to-toe padded instructor.
The $175 per adult or teen registration fee includes a Fullpower Safety Comic and followup resources.
