2026 Friends of the Poor Walk - Sponsored by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Rockford Conferences
Please join us for the Friends of the Poor walk along the scenic Rock River. Mass before the walk begins at 9:00am. Walks starts at 10:30am. Light refreshments are provided before and after the walk.
Our two mile route will begin and end at the YMCA Lodge, following the recreation path along the Rock River. The one mile turn around is at the Rockford Symbol. Registration is FREE. Donations are greatly appreciated. Any donations of $25 or greater will receive a T-shirt.

When registering, please note the difference between a Buyer and an Attendee!
These roles change depending on the scenario:
- An individual makes a ticket purchase for themselves, so the buyer and attendee are the same
- An individual makes a ticket purchase for one or more other people, so the buyer and attendee(s) are not the same
- An individual makes a ticket purchase for themselves and other(s), so they are both the buyer and attendee, in addition to other attendee(s)
