How can we honor our food, how it is grown, those who prepare it, and those we share it with?
Join us to honor the value of food at Carnation Farms with Chef Matt Dillon, Eric Popp the Carnation director of Regenerative Agriculture, Russ Flint from Rainshadown Meats, and more. This will be an exploration in regenerative grazing, how to think about sheep and lamb as part of an ecosystem, and a holistic food experience. We will speak to using every part of a plant or animal well to offer training that leads to health, reciprocity, thrift, and the ultimate respect for our food.
