Downtown Muncy Vendor Registration
Fourth Friday & Special Downtown Events

Downtown Muncy, Inc. (DMI) welcomes artisan, craft, food, nonprofit, and community vendors to participate in our downtown events throughout the year, including Fourth Fridays and special markets.
This registration is for vendor participation only and includes required information needed for event planning, compliance, and approval.

- Submitting this registration and payment does not guarantee acceptance.
- All vendors are subject to review and approval by Downtown Muncy, Inc.
- Vendors must comply with all applicable local, county, and state laws, as well as event‑specific rules.
- Required licenses, permits, insurance, and certifications must be submitted and approved prior to the event.
- We do not permit vendor participation that is affiliated with religious, political, or public-policy promotion or advocacy.
- Incomplete registrations may not be approved.
- Downtown Muncy, Inc. is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of vendor property, equipment, or products. Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their setup, products, or personnel.
Vendor Categories & Fees
Vendor fees are per event and vary based on space type:
- $30 - Artisan/Craft/Retail Vendor (10×10 tent)
- $45 - Food Tent Vendor (10×10 tent)
- $100 - Food Truck (25 linear feet)
- $150 - Large Food Truck (50 linear feet)
- $45 - Alcohol Vendor
- $0 - Nonprofit/Community/Sponsor Organization
Each fee is for one spot for a single event. Vendor space is limited. Duplicate or competing vendors may also be limited at DMI’s discretion to ensure a balanced and successful event.
Approval, Rejection, & Refund Policy
All vendor registrations are subject to review and approval by Downtown Muncy, Inc., who reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke vendor participation for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:
- Incomplete or missing information or documentation.
- Failure to provide required licenses, permits, or insurance.
- Safety concerns.
- Space or logistical limitations.
- Duplication of vendor offerings.
- Failure to comply with event policies or applicable laws.
- Religious, political, or public-policy advocacy.
If a vendor is not approved, any registration fees paid will be fully refunded.
Documentation & Photos
If applicable, vendors may be required to provide:
- Proof of liability insurance.
- Sales tax license.
- Food safety certification.
- PA Retail or Temporary Food Permit.
- Alcohol permits (if applicable).
- Product or setup photos.
Links to Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar folders are acceptable.
Final Notes
- Location requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed.
- Vendors are required to bring their own supplies (i.e. table, chairs, canopies, electrical source).
- NO ELECTRIC IS AVAILABLE.
- Vendors are asked to remain at the event for the full duration.
- Vendors will be asked to vacate the event if any unruly behavior is exhibited.
- Vendors are asked to setup between 8am and 10am, and all vendors must be set up by 10am.
- Your ticket purchase for vendor fees is non-refundable. Event will not be canceled and fees will not be returned due to weather. This event is outdoors.
- After completing a ticket purchase, we will contact you prior to the event with more information, such as space #, parking information, and additional set up instructions.
