The Wingshooter Warmup is a team-based trap shoot open to shooters of all skill levels—from first-timers to seasoned wingshooters—coming together for a great day on the range and a meaningful cause.
Hosted by the Pennsylvania Game Hunters Alliance (PGHA), this event is about more than breaking clays. It’s about bringing people together to support the future of hunting and shooting sports in Pennsylvania.
Teams of four will compete in a structured shoot rotating through squad positions. Individual and Team scores will be tracked with prizes awarded for the top shooters and teams at the conclusion of the shoot.
After the main event, participants are invited to take part in an Annie Oakley-style shootout for an additional round of friendly competition.
Whether you’re an experienced shooter or trying trap for the first time, this event is designed to be welcoming, well-organized, and enjoyable for all participants. Bring your team, enjoy the day, and help support a mission that’s working to preserve Pennsylvania’s hunting heritage for the next generation.
