Official event: Saturday/Sunday
Women's Tattoo Collective's annual conference is for tattoo artists (19+) working in a professional, licensed setting, including apprentices* in mentorships with professional artists.
(This event is not yet ready to accommodate permanent makeup and cosmetic artists.)
In order to ensure that each ticket goes to a professional artist, we'll be reviewing each ticket purchase.**
*Apprentices are welcome to attend with or without their mentors.
**Artists who do not meet the criteria for this event will have their tickets cancelled and refunded, minus a $20 admin fee.
All genders are welcome.
Our conference is open to everyone who is committed to learning from, supporting, and working alongside women in the tattoo industry. To create change in the industry, we need our male allies learning from and supporting women too.
That being said, we understand that the need for women only spaces is important too. We've also had requests for a more chill activity for those who don't enjoy large groups.
For these reasons, we've created two event options for Saturday evening:
As in previous years, Women's Industry Night (WIN) is a lively networking event with a rad DJ, cash bar, sticker trade, tarot reading, and photo ops. Connect, celebrate, and feel the magic of a big event filled with your industry sisters and non-binary siblings.
Art Night will be a smaller, quieter event with chill music and art supplies. Stretch your creative muscles, have a casual chat, and enjoy the company of your fellow artists with less pressure to socialize or drink.
Refund/Transfer Policy
Tickets are 100% non refundable.
Ticket transfers must be completed through WTC.* The deadline to transfer tickets to another artist is September 6th. To initiate a transfer email info@womenstattoocollective.com.
* If the recipient of the transferred ticket does not meet the requirements of the event, or arrives with a ticket transfer that was not approved by WTC, the artist will not be allowed into the event, and no refund will be issued.
