Registration Information
An information and details package will be sent to all registered participants on May 15th. This package will include the preliminary itinerary, profiles of expert speakers, recommendations for accommodations, travel tips, and resources to help you prepare for your journey.

Please note: your reservation is not fully confirmed until payment is received.
  • Registration Period: June 7th or when we reach capacity 
  • Capacity: Limited to 30 participants
  • Refund Policy: Refund requests honored through the registration period. If unforeseen circumstances require cancellation of the event, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
  • Travel Insurance: Participants are responsible for personal travel needs and unforeseen events.
Registration and Optional Add-On:
  • Standard Participant: $600 USD + $165 mandatory entrance fees and ground transportation (total: $765 USD)
  • Optional AICP CM Credit Add-On to Standard Participant: $100 USD (only for those seeking Certification Maintenance credits)

  • Guided visits to innovative projects like Bologna’s “Città 30,” Milan’s Bosco Verticale, and the Venice Biennale (entrance included)
  • Mandatory ground transportation for group travel (including high-speed rail to Milan and Venice, local transit passes, and venue entry for scheduled activities)
  • Coordination of professional meetings and office visits
  • AICP CM compliance verification for those selecting the add-on
