Registration Information
An information and details package will be sent to all registered participants in early August. This package will include the preliminary itinerary, profiles of expert speakers, travel tips, and resources to help you prepare for your journey.

Please note: your reservation is not fully confirmed until payment is received.

Registration Period: July 25th or when we reach capacity
Capacity: Limited to 30 participants
Refund Policy: Refund requests honored through the registration period. If unforeseen circumstances require cancellation of the event, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
Travel Insurance: Participants are responsible for personal travel needs and unforeseen events.

Registration and Optional Add-On:

Standard Participant: $600 USD. Entrance fees and train transportation are the responsibility of the participant after July 25th regular registration ends.
Optional AICP CM Credit Add-On

Access to expert lectures, workshops, and technical tours in Bologna, Milan, and Venice
Guided visits to innovative projects like Bologna’s “Città 30,” Milan’s Bosco Verticale, and the Venice Biennale (entrance included)

What’s Not Included:

Airfare to and from Italy
After July 25th cut off you will need to coordinate your own train tickets to Milan and Venice
Accommodation (recommendations will be provided)
Meals and personal expenses
Travel and health insurance
