Whether you’re a seasoned hero or trying out tabletop roleplaying for the first time, Newport News RPG Night is the perfect place to explore new worlds and share stories together.

Six different games will be running, each hosted by a skilled Game Master who will guide you through thrilling quests and challenges. Table sizes will differ depending on the game, so pick the one that excites you most—seats are limited!

Scott's Table – Dungeons & Dragons 2024 Edition, Level 4

An easy stroll through alpine trails turns anything but ordinary. As you wander past grazing sheep, blooming wildflowers, and quiet mountain farms, subtle signs hint that something isn’t quite right. Beneath the beauty of early spring, danger stirs—will you uncover it before it’s too late? (4–6 players)

Sebastian's Table – Dungeons & Dragons 5e (2014), Level 9

Chosen by the forces of pure cosmic order, you are sent into a realm where chaos reigns unchecked. Reality itself hangs in the balance as corruption spreads and the fabric of existence begins to fray. Face powerful threats, restore balance, and decide just how far you’re willing to go to preserve order. (4-6 players)

Josh's Table – Fallout TTRPG, Level 1

The wasteland is unforgiving, and trust is in short supply. As a group of strangers, you’ll venture into the ruins of a pre-warfallout shelter in search of lost technology—and answers. What you find could change everything… if it doesn’t get you killed first. (4-6 players)

Brad's Table – Dungeons & Dragons 2024 Edition, Level 3

In a quiet garden behind an old cottage, six small animals live peaceful lives among the roots, stones, and flowers. But, something foul has begun spreading beneath the soil. Mushrooms blacken, worms crawl up dead, and the roots whisper. If the animals do nothing, the garden and their homes will die. The heroes must explore the garden, confront corrupt creatures, and stop the rot before it spreads to the heart of the garden. (4-6 players)

David’s Table – Dungeons & Dragons 5e (2014), Level 3

In the shadowed streets of Bedegar City, the capital of a fractured realm, the iron grip of the Knights of the Black Rose tightens by the day. Whispers of rebellion move through taverns, dockside warehouses, and noble courts alike. Until a shadowed patron recruits a small band of capable operatives for a single, decisive mission. In a high stakes story of infiltration, sabotage, and sacrifice, players will navigate political tension, evade elite enforcers, and strike at the heart of a regime that believes itself untouchable. Success can fracture the Knights’ hold on the capitol. Failure will be remembered only in secret. (4–6 players)
