Sound Movement Mark-Making Workshop

An invitation to explore your internal landscape on a gentle journey that calmly and clearly allows your metaphors and symbols to emerge. These can become sounds, movements and mark-making. Accessing the intuitive, this journey can be fun and profound.

This workshop was successfully piloted at JoyVibe last year, and Fran is excited about sharing this experience ​in Norwich 

Fran Mann-Andrews has a BA in Visual and Performing Arts from Brighton University, a Dance Movement Therapy Cert. from Laban and is currently working as a vocalist. Fran is part of www.wavelength.live
