2026 EBLRLA Judicial Excellence & Scholarship Gala

Our 2026 Gala will feature a mariachi during the cocktail hour, followed by our program of speakers and honorees.

2026 Judicial Excellence Award: Alameda County Superior Court Assistant Presiding Judge Lupe C. Garcia

We will also announce and celebrate the 2026 EBLRLA Scholarship recipients, the next generation of Latinx attorneys who will represent and fight for our community. Our Gala is our primary fundraising event for these annual scholarships. In 2025, the Fund awarded a record $40,000 to graduating law students for bar exam expenses and continuing law students for public interest summer employment.
