Gravity Camp Level 2

Gravity Camp Level 2

Monday, July 6- Thursday, July 9 from 9:00-2:00

POP and Panhandle Gravity Squad Collaboration

Coached by Shaun Webby, founder of Panhandle Gravity Squad and National Downhill Champion!

For riders (age 11-16) who are comfortable on downhill terrain and ready to progress. Level 2 builds on foundational gravity skills with more advanced terrain, speed management, and technical features.

Best for: Experienced riders ready to take the next step.

  • Gear Requirements (Mandatory)

    • Full-face helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads must be worn at all times while riding.
    • Riders must have a full-suspension mountain bike in good working condition.
    • A pre-camp bike check is strongly recommended.
    • Participants are responsible for bringing their own spare tubes, snacks, and water.
    • Riders need to bring a packed lunch each day.

Where to Meet:
      Day 1: Pine Street Woods
Day 2: Schweitzer Roundabout and pick up at Switchback 2 Trailhead
      Day 3: Panhandle Bike Ranch
      Day 4: Schweitzer Resort

  • While this is a gravity-focused camp designed to help riders improve their technical skills and perform better at speed while riding downhill, participants will also be required to climb. A day of riding will also include climbing as riders ascend to session features, refine their bike handling, and build strength and endurance. Riders should come prepared for both technical descending and physical climbing each day.

Jump Clearance Policy

  • Riders will have the opportunity to be cleared to jump, but this will be at the sole discretion of the coaches.
  • Coaches will assess each rider’s skill level and progression before allowing access to jump features.
  • Safety is our top priority—cleared riders will receive guidance on proper technique and risk management.

Code of Conduct

  • Riders must follow instructions from coaches at all times.
  • Reckless or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from camp without a refund.
  • Respect for fellow riders, coaches, and the environment is expected at all times.
  • Riders must stay on designated trails—no unauthorized trail modifications.

Check-In & Pick-Up Procedures

  • Participants must check in and check out with a coach daily.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for on-time drop-off and pick-up.
  • If a rider will be absent or late, please notify us in advance.

Emergency & Injury Protocols

  • Coaches are trained in basic first aid and emergency response.
  • In the event of an injury, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
  • A first aid kit will be available at all camp locations.
