Join us Thursday March 19th for the first of our monthly event initiative between Braving The Business X The Public!
"March Musical Chairs: Spring Reset" is a twist on our signature community + fellowship event, hosted by MiMi Scardulla.
In the Broadway, theater and NYC arts world, "community" is a word that is often thrown around freely, yet—when it comes to connecting to that community a gatekeeper is often involved, right?
This dilemma is at the heart of our work + our why here at Braving The Business.
As we work towards building and opening RECESS—the first ever Wellness + Community Resource Center in midtown Manhattan, for artists at very intersection of their careers—we strive to cultivate and foster community "in the wild" and in partnership with incredible institutions, just like The Public.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THIS EVENT?
Musical Chairs is our signature event!
Think....speed dating, meets a game show, meets a late + cozy night in with your best friends.
Come and connect with other fellow NYC-based artists that are in the messy-middle of their career too! Pizza provided!
This is a space for you to breathe, open up, relax, lean in, get out of your comfort zone and most of all—return to play!
DOORS OPEN @ 6:30pm // EVENT BEGINS @ 7pm.

PS: we are so grateful to The Public for providing their beautiful venue, and also wish to note that for this particular event we can only accommodate 40 seats, so first come first served. We plan to continue to host more + larger events as we continue to grow!
