8th Year Gala

Sputter Box is finishing up their 8th season together, which calls for a celebration! Join Kathryn, Alina, and Peter for a night of music, socializing, refreshments, and merch giveaways on May 30th, 2026 at 7:30PM at Tenri Cultural Institute. The evening’s program includes pieces Sputter Box has commissioned over the past 8 years and some fan favorites from Sputter Box’s touring shows this year. There will also be a sneak preview of work-in-progress that will be premiered next season – you won’t want to miss it!

All tickets include admission and unlimited drinks and light refreshments. There are additional options for V.I.P seating, a merchandise raffle ticket, or a donation if you cannot attend.

"Snapshots and Serenades" is Sputter Box's highly anticipated debut album composed almost entirely of pieces commissioned by our ensemble. This album showcases our mission to expand and promote the repertoire for our unique instrumentation and represents the wide range of musical possibilities for our clarinet/bass clarinet, soprano voice, and percussion trio. “Snapshots and Serenades” will be the first album entirely composed of works for this instrumentation.
