When leaders and the next generation sit at the same table, mentorship becomes legacy.
Join us for the 4th Annual Boys to Men Power Brunch, a signature Black SONs event dedicated to mentorship, leadership, and building generational impact within our community.
This year marks an exciting evolution of the event. For the first time, we are intentionally welcoming high school young men to join accomplished leaders, professionals, and mentors at the table. By bringing generations together in one room, we aim to create meaningful conversations, share wisdom and lived experiences, and inspire the next generation to pursue their goals with confidence and purpose.
Held at the beautiful waterfront venue Ampersea, the Boys to Men Power Brunch will provide a welcoming space for connection, mentorship, and celebration. Guests will enjoy a high-end brunch experience while participating in an afternoon centered on leadership, brotherhood, and community impact.
Adult guests and high school attendees will have the opportunity to engage with community leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and mentors who are committed to uplifting and empowering the next generation.
To ensure accessibility for young participants, reduced-price tickets are available for high school students.
The Boys to Men Power Brunch is more than a meal — it is an intentional space where mentorship happens, relationships are built, and legacy is cultivated across generations.
Because high school students will be present, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and mission-aligned environment for all attendees.

All guests are expected to:
• Consume alcohol responsibly.
• Maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times.
• Model positive behavior consistent with the values of leadership and mentorship.
Event organizers reserve the right to:
• Refuse alcohol service to any guest at any time.
• Limit service at their discretion.
• Remove any guest from the event without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or indicative of intoxication.
Youth Protection & Environment
Because high school students are present:
• Alcohol must not be shared with, offered to, or discussed inappropriately around minors.
• Interactions between adults and youth must remain professional, appropriate, and mentorship-focused.
• Any conduct inconsistent with a safe, structured youth environment will result in immediate removal.
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by this Alcohol Service & Responsible Conduct Policy.
Our goal is to ensure a dignified, safe, and inspiring experience for all attendees — especially the young men we are intentionally pouring into.
