THE SMALL PRINT for those who make a financial contribution to Access MO.

By proceeding with this transaction:

1. If you are an individual donor, you affirm that you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and have not knowingly or willfully accepted funds, directly or indirectly, of more than $10,000 from one or more prohibited sources* within two years of making this contribution.

2. If you are an entity donor, you affirm the entity: (i) is organized pursuant to U.S. or state law, the U.S. is its principal place of business, and is wholly or majority owned by U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents; and (ii) has not knowingly or willfully accepted funds, directly or indirectly, of more than $10,000 from one or more prohibited sources* within four years of making this contribution.

“Prohibited sources” means “contributions from or expenditures by a foreign national made with the intent to use such funds to influence an election on a ballot measure.”

Access MO is a Missouri political action committee. Contributions are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution or a business expense.
