Continuing Kate's Vision - Celebrating 10 Years of Night Out for You - Sponsorship Opportunities
Night Out For You is a 100% donation-based and volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-profit founded by Kate Hockford in 2016 to provide joy and a mental health break for adults undergoing cancer treatment. Kate, herself, bravely fought stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer for many years before her passing in February 2025, but Night Out for You has continued in her spirit providing more Experiences than ever before. An Experience can be any excursion a recipient can think of that helps them take their mind off cancer for a much-needed break.
We are extremely excited to share that we will be hosting our 10th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, November 7 at Duo at the Dunes (Italian-American Community Center). Our hope is to honor Kate’s legacy and bring together community members, recipients, volunteers, donors, and supporters to celebrate 10 years of providing customized Experiences for adults undergoing cancer treatment in the NY Capital Region.
