More than Scrubs is a retreat designed for healthcare professionals seeking renewal, restoring joy, reigniting passion, and building balance that lasts.
You will:
* Rediscover joy beyond productivity - how to have lightness, creativity and presence again. Remembering yourself beyond your role in healthcare.
* Reconnect with the values and purpose that inspired your path into healthcare, without guilt or exhaustion clouding the way.
* Develop practical tools and perspctives to create a life where caring for others does not come at the cost of caring for yourself - supporting a rhythm of work and rest that is sustainable, compassionate and holistic.
No horse experience required. All activities with horses are done on the ground (no riding involved.)
