The Leader Within
The Leaders Within is a personal leadership development program just for women in leadership. Women leaders often face unique challenges of being seen, heard and trusted in complex workplaces. This program is designed to help women step fully into their leadership presence, build authentic influence, and communicate with clarity and confidence.
Horses respond immediately to human behavior making them powerful partners for learning about presence, clarity and influence as a woman in leadership.
This program translates directly to the workplace as participants gain insight into how their leadership style is experienced by others and how subtle shifts in behavior can dramatically improve outcomes.
As a participant you will:
* Deepen self-awareness around leadership, presence, confidence and impact
*Strengthen trust and credibility
*Improve communication and relational skills
*Practice influencing outcomes without relying on position or authority
No horse experience necessary and all activies with the horses are done on the ground (no riding involved).
Lunch and snacks included.
