Built to Lead is a personal leadership development workshop for entreprenuers & business owners who want to strengthen their presence, improve communication, and increase their impact on their teams, clients and business outcomes.


Horses respond immediately to human behavior, making them powerful partners for learning about presence, clarity and influence as a business owner and entrepreneur.


This program translates directly to your business as participants gain insight into how their leadership style is experienced by others and how subtle shifts in behavior can dramatically improve outcomes for their business and teams.


As a participant you will:
* Increase self-awareness around leadership presence and business impact
*Strengthen trust and credibility with clients, partners, and teams
*Improve non-verbal and relational communication skills
*Learn to influence outcomes and decisions without relying on formal authority
*Practice adaptive leadership strategies for real-world business challenges


No horse experience necessary and all activies with the horses are done on the ground (no riding involved).
