Foundations of Effective Leadership
Foundations of Effective Leadership is a personal leadership development workshop for managers and supervisors focused on building trust, communication and influence with your team.
Horses respond immediately to human behavior making them powerful partners for learning about presence, clarity and influence as a leader.
This program translates directly to the workplace as participants gain insight into how their leadership style is experienced by others and how subtle shifts in behavior can dramatically improve outcomes.
As a participant you will:

No horse experience necessary and all activies with the horses are done on the ground (no riding involved).
