Navigating the Holidays | November 2026 Grief Event

You are invited to our FREE fall grief event for anyone facing holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, and milestones while grieving.

The first birthday without them. The empty chair at Thanksgiving. The anniversary that now marks loss instead of celebration. Holidays and milestones have a way of intensifying grief, making what should be joyful feel unbearable.

Join us for a morning where we'll acknowledge the pain of these moments together and discover practical strategies for getting through them. You don't have to pretend to be okay, and you don't have to navigate these days alone.

What to Expect:
We'll explore ways to honor your person while still participating in life, create new meaning without forgetting, and give yourself permission to grieve your own way. You'll connect with others who understand the weight of "special" days, and you'll leave with tools to help you make it through.
