Dear Clergy, Invited State Deputies, Dignitaries, Brother Knights, Guests, and All Spouses,

It is with great joy and heartfelt gratitude that I welcome you to the 118th Annual Oregon State Convention of the Knights of Columbus. We come together this year united by our convention theme, “Called to Serve,” a powerful reminder that our vocation as Knights is rooted in faithful service to God, His Church, our families, and our communities.

This convention is the fruit of many months of dedicated preparation. I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the Convention Committee for their tireless efforts, attention to detail, and spirit of fraternity that have made this gathering possible. I am equally grateful to our State Officers and Directors, whose leadership, commitment, and faithful service throughout the year continue to strengthen our councils and advance the mission of the Knights of Columbus across Oregon.

As we conduct the important business of our Order, share fraternity, and deepen our faith together, may we be guided by our state theme for the year, “By Our Love.” Let our words, our actions, and our decisions during this convention reflect the love of Christ, visible in the way we serve others and support one another as Brother Knights. May this convention renew our sense of purpose, inspire us to greater service, and send us forth strengthened in faith and fraternity, truly living out our call to serve—by our love.

Welcome to our New Website !!

You will notice we have adopted a new, less expense website for placing orders for this year’s Convention. We ask for you to help keep our operating costs down by covering your transaction fee.

With this website, we lost flexibility in ordering our various meal packages, so if you run into any challenges, please contact your State Secretary, Michael Pranger @ 503-522-9522.

We ONLY have this online digital method for registering and ordering your meals and polo shirts. I know that may mean I will get several calls from individuals that struggle with online ordering, but please bear with us as we too make the transition away from sending checks in the mail.

You will be asked to enter selections first for the Knight and then separately for your Lady. As an added security measure, you will be prompted to send a security code to your cell phone to complete your transaction. If you provided a non-cell number in the registration portion, you will be prompted to send the verification code to your email address.

Please don’t be confused by the system’s use of the word “Attendee” for each of your selections. No, you will not be signing up for 3, 4, 5 or more other people. This is a website flaw, and we have already spoken to their IT folks to see if they can make revisions to their tool to remove confusion.

Themed Silent Auction Baskets (ALL Councils) Delegates, please ask your councils to provide a Basket to be auctioned by the Ladies to raise funds for local area Pregnancy Centers. Your basket should be something YOU would like: Wine, Gift Cards, Food, Tools, Automotive, Books, etc. 

$25 Mandatory Registration for Men ONLY: Goes up to $50 if you Register AFTER the April 15, 2026 Deadline, so Register EARLY.
