Evergreen Tea Meditation, February 10th. 6:30-7:30 pm at The Well
The plan:
In this beginner-friendly tea meditation, we will relax and calm the mind, call in the spirits of the plants, and allow them to directly communicate to us through ways our ancestors have worked with for millennia. Through taste, smell, sensation, and visualization participants will get to know both the plant and themselves better in this tea meditation. We’ll have an opportunity to share what we all felt and experienced before thanking the plants and closing our sacred circle.
This month we are going to focus on a few of our local evergreens: white pine, balsam fir, and black spruce. There is an option to work with the plant spirits without ingesting any, and it can be incredibly effective especially if you have an allergy. Please take your allergy needs into consideration.
Dress comfortably and bring your favorite mug
