2026 Faith Formation Summer Intensive Program

St. Theresa’s one-week Summer Intensive Program is intended to replace one school year of Elementary Faith Formation classes. To fulfill this requirement: 

1. Children must be present each day from 9am - 3pm on June 8th - 12th, 2026

2. Families must complete daily homework activities to reinforce the daily lessons

Every child's faith journey begins at home, and we are blessed to help guide your family on this summer adventure!

This program is for current 1st - 5th graders during the 2025-2026 school year who were/are unable to attend classes during the school year; 
now is the time to catch up on catechesis!

Here is how it works:

• If your child is a rising 3rd grader who did NOT attend Faith Formation classes this past school year, you may enroll your child in 3rd grade this summer to be caught up with their 4th grade classmates in Fall 2026.

• However, if your child is a rising 3rd grader who attended Faith Formation classes last school year but anticipates not being able to attend catechism classes in Fall 2026, you may choose to enroll your child in 4th grade this summer to avoid falling behind or missing classes.

• Children may also choose to enroll in SIP to reinforce / repeat the faith lessons they learned during the previous school year.

Registration Fees:

• $125 for 1 child
• $225 for 2 siblings (children in the same family)
• $330 for 3+ siblings (children in the same family)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! If you are interested in dedicating your time and talent to our Summer Intensive Program, you will receive a 50% discount off the Registration Fees. Please answer YES on the Volunteer request below and select the "Child Registration for VOLUNTEERS" option for your family. We truly appreciate your helpful hands!

We will provide lunch as well as two snacks - morning and afternoon. If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please complete the Food Allergies / Dietary Restrictions section of this registration form.

We will also provide textbooks as well as any school and craft supplies that your child might need. A small backpack may be helpful to bring materials home each afternoon to complete daily homework and return the next day. Please send a refillable water bottle labeled with your child's name each day.

Class size is limited to 15 students per grade. Registration will close when maximum class size is reached or on Wednesday, May 27th, whichever happens first.
