Please join us as we honor the dedication and legacy of Denise Formisano, CEO of the Center for Movement Challenges. After more than seven years of tireless leadership, Denise is retiring—leaving behind a community she helped build, inspire, and uplift. Her vision has created a welcoming place where individuals living with Parkinson’s disease can move, connect, and thrive.
Tickets are $60 and include a three-course plated lunch and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Denise Formisano Scholarship Fund:
Inspired by Denise’s dedication to making our programs accessible to everyone, this fund supports individuals who cannot afford in-person classes. Please consider an additional gift at checkout to help provide scholarships for those who need our services most. While ticket prices are not tax-deductible, any additional donation you make at checkout is 100% tax-deductible.
