Almost 20 years ago Barb and Charlie Asher captured the stories of Jewish women living here on the topics of synagogue life, their families’ experiences coming to America and then to South Bend -- and most beautiful of all – sharing their wisdom – in close to 10 hours of videotaped interviews.
