Kitten Yoga Dec 6 (TWO TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE)

In partnership with the Sullivan County Humane Society, unroll your mat and prepare for the most a-meow-zing yoga experience of your summer! Join certified yoga instructor Christy Catsos for a joyful and gentle yoga class where movement meets meows—hosted by The Well Collaborative NH and featuring adoptable kittens from the Sullivan County Humane Society.
As you flow through a beginner-friendly yoga practice, curious kittens will roam the room, climb into your lap, and bring smiles to every pose. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, this class is open to all levels—and all animal lovers. After class, enjoy extra time for kitten cuddles, photos, and chats with SCHS staff about adoption opportunities.
What to know:
Limited to 15 participants each – pre-registration is required!
Ages 12+ welcome. (Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to sign the waiver.)
Bring your yoga mat and any props you enjoy using.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and complete a waiver.

Entrance is through the side garden (iron gate) on the Pleasant Street side of the church. use the ramp and enter through the door, up the stairs once inside to find the event. Elevator available too
