This special evening hosted by The Ramen Shop will seat only 40 guests for dinner, with everyone invited to join the after-party that follows.

Enjoy farm-fresh food and a rich conversation exploring how climbers and outdoor communities can contribute to landscape regeneration by supporting and transitioning farmland toward agroecological stewardship.

Our panel discussion, “How Does Regenerative Food Impact the Body, Land, Economics, and Community?”, will bring together voices from farming, climbing, and ecological education to reflect on how nourishment connects us all — from soil to summit.

Through our shared passion for adventuring outside and caring for what sustains us, we’ll explore how generosity — toward ourselves, the land, and our communities — can guide meaningful change. This evening is about how we want to feel: connected, curious, and inspired to act.
