Howliday Fair Chili Cook-Off!
Rules & Guidelines
• Contestants must pre-register at pawsacrossoswegocounty.com to enter the Chili Cook-off contest.
- Entry fee: $15
- Entry Cut-off: Nov. 20th
- Enter as an individual, business, or team!
• Chili sampling will take place noon-1:30pm @ Scriba Fire Hall during PAOC’s Howliday Fair.
- All Chili entries must be onsite by 11:30am
- All entries must be inside a crockpot or other heated container. Power provided.
- Minimum of one full large (5-quart) crockpot/container required, more welcome. Please bring serving utensils.
- No ingredient or chili type restrictions. Please provide a list of ingredients to display with your entry!
- At least one representative for each entry must be present for the duration of sampling.
- PAOC will provide sampling bowls & spoons, napkins, water, gloves & tables. (PAOC will NOT provide crockpots, serving utensils, pot holders, towels or side dishes/toppings)
- Contestants are welcome to bring a customized sign for their serving station (8.5 x 11) Generic signs will be provided for all entries.
• Suggested donation of $10 to sample all entries & receive a voting ballot/rating card
- Top Chili winner(s) will be announced as soon as ballots are counted (approx. 2pm)
- Prizes TBD
