2026 Hope House Celebrity Golf Tournament & Dinner

Dear Friends, Partners, and Future Golfers,

The date for the 2nd Annual Celebrity Charity Golf Tournament has been set for April 20, 2026. Last year, we had an incredible time with our celebrity guests and tournament participants, and together we raised more than $100,000 in support of our teen shelter. This year, our goal is to double that amount—and with your partnership and connection, we believe we can make it happen.

About Hope House:
 Hope House, a ministry of New Vision Church, was founded in January 2017 after the largest teen shelter in San Diego closed its doors due to lack of funding. When they reached out to us for help placing youth who had nowhere else to go, we stepped out in faith—alongside many volunteers—and launched Hope House.

Today, Hope House remains the only faith-based teen shelter in San Diego. It operates entirely through faith and the generosity of people like you. Currently, we’re able to provide a safe home for eight students (co-ed).

Our vision is to expand and eventually house 30 teens, which would cost approximately $1.4 million per year. The cost of housing and caring for one teen at Hope House is $47,000 annually ($3,900 per month)—a fraction of the $214,000 per year it costs to house a teen in juvenile hall or the $204,396 per year in a group home (Residential Care Facility).

Our first step is to establish separate homes for teen girls and teen boys, which would allow us to house 16 students—halfway to our goal—at a cost of $700,000 per year. That’s just $43,750 per student annually ($3,645 per month).
