2025 Holiday Hustle

BreatheStrong+ invites you to participate in Holiday Hustle, sponsored by Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Holiday Hustle is a 31 day wellness challenge incorporating seven elements of wellness to help you through the busyness that comes with the holiday season. 

The seven areas of wellness are:

1. Physical

2. Emotional

3. Intellectual

4. Social

5. Spiritual

6. Environmental

7. Occupational

How to join:

For as little as a $10 donation you will receive the monthly challenge, weekly emails and tips on completing your challenge. You will be eligible for our Grand Prize drawing in January, 2026.

With a donation of $20 or more, you will receive the monthly challenge, weekly emails, and tips on completing your challenge. You will be eligible for the drawing in January, 2026 AND receive a White Elephant Gift from BreatheStrong CF!

What is a White Elephant Gift? 

According to Wikipedia, "the term white elephant refers to an extravagant, impractical gift that cannot be easily disposed of." A BreatheStrong CF white elephant gift may be a t-shirt (in your size!) or another item than is in our storage room. You won't know until your gift arrives! 

To enter the drawing in January, challenge boards will need to be submitted to holidayhustle@breathestrongcf.org by Wednesday, January 7th. Winners will be announced on Friday January 9th.

For each box checked, your name will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing:

• 1st place: $150 Big Peach Running Co gift card (can be used in store or online)

• 2nd place: $50 Target gift card

• 3rd place: BreatheStrong CF Swag Bag

Each completed challenge shared on Facebook or Instagram and tagged @breathestrongcf and #holidayhustle, will receive an extra entry into the drawing.
