La Ofrenda Fundraiser 2025

Established in 2022, La Ofrenda is a community-led hub, functioning as a food market, art gallery, and resource center. Founded to combat food insecurity and provide hope, it champions food justice by offering fresh, healthy, and culturally relevant food, often from local producers. La Ofrenda embodies community resilience, connecting neighbors, fostering creativity, and upholding the right to food and dignity, ultimately building a stronger, more just community.

During the 2025 City Budget process, the decision was made to cut 100% of the City Funding that “La Ofrenda” receives. “La Ofrenda” currently relies on donated food items but lacks monetary support for overhead costs, such as rent and utilities. Because of this, we are fundraising for the most immediate need, RENT!
