**What to Bring:** Please bring any props that support your comfort such as a yoga mat, beach towel,
blanket, bolster, blocks, or strap, water, and a willingness to connect with nature.

The cost is $150.00 for the six-week series.
Or you can purchase classes one at a time for $35.00 a class.
Veterans, firefighters, police officers, first responders, and/or their families can join us for 50 % discount for the 6 weeks.
