2025 Annual General Meeting

On Thursday, July 17th from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM join us at Overflow Brewing Company located at 2477 Kaladar Ave, Ottawa, ON K1V 8B9 for a fun, social evening and the opportunity to connect with fellow conservatives as we elect our Board of Directors for the 2025-2026 term of office. Doors open at 6:00 PM and the formal meeting portion of the evening will start around 6:30 PM. Free food and drinks will be provided.

All active Conservative Party members in good standing who are members twenty-one (21) days prior to the date of the 2025 Annual General Meeting are are invited to join us. Former members who have had their membership lapse within ninety (90) days prior to the date of the meeting may still attend provided they renew their membership at the door. Proof of identification that shows your name and residence is also required to be presented upon arrival in order to attend. Acceptable ID includes a drivers license / photo ID card or a health card plus a document that proves your residence such as a utility bill.

•    Speech from special guest speaker (MP Cheryl Gallant)

•    Approval of the agenda of the 2025 Annual General Meeting 

•    Approval of the minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting

•    Annual report by the President on behalf of the Board of Directors 

•    Report from National Council (Vice President Christina Mitas)

•    Report from Ottawa Centre's candidate-of-record
•    Presentation of the financial statements and financial report
•    Appointment of the association’s Auditor
•    Presentation of the Director Nominating Committee report
•    Review of the Conservative Party’s Code of Conduct
•    Election of the Board of Directors and the presentation of the new board

•    Other business as required
