Join us for a peaceful evening of sound and serenity with a Therapeutic Harp Relaxation Session. The evening will begin with a brief introduction to the healing qualities of harp music and the artist’s journey with this soothing craft. Following the talk, enjoy a 30-minute immersive harp performance designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance.
All are welcome — bring a cushion, yoga mat, or blanket and settle in for a truly calming experience. There will also be comfortable chairs available in the space.
