Miles for Tommy 2025!
Dear Friends & Family,
We are excited to invite you to participate in our annual Miles for Tommy fundraising event, hosted by Frogs for Life, taking place throughout July 2025.
Miles For Tommy is a month-long walk/run event where we come together—wherever we are—to support a cause close to our hearts. All proceeds will go toward care packages and essential resources for heart families staying at Nemours Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children and/or Cardiac Research, where many receive life-saving care.
Whether you choose to walk, run, or simply donate, your support makes a real difference.
How It Works:
-Each mile is $10 (one ticket is one mile, so if you select 15 miles it would be 15 tickets)
-You can donate your miles and spread them out through the month
-When donating or registering, please include your name (if participating solo) or your team name and members & dates in July in the “Write a Comment” section
-Our goal this year is $4,500
-Can’t participate? Donations are still deeply appreciated!
Frogs For Life was created in loving memory of our son, Tommy, who we tragically lost on July 22, 2014, due to Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.
The name “Frogs For Life” comes from Tommy’s favorite frog pacifier—a small symbol of his big spirit. Through our nonprofit, we work closely with Nemours Children's Hospital and heart families across the U.S., providing support, love, and resources.
