Join us for an unforgettable evening as fan-favorite jockey Kendrick Carmouche returns to the kitchen to cook up one of his signature Louisiana dishes to benefit the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation. 

Known for his vibrant personality both on and off the track, Kendrick brings the heart and soul of Cajun cooking to Saratoga Springs for this beloved summer tradition.
