ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Linda Anegawa MD is a certified yoga instructor. She first started practicing yoga 40 years ago and has taught group and private lessons, and at meditation retreats. Her teaching style emphasizes breath work, relaxation, and bodily acceptance.
Linda completed teacher training through Yoga Renew (RYT-200) and she is certified by Yoga Alliance, as well as by DK Pilates. She holds HeartMath Trauma-Informed Coaching and Mindful Eating Coaching Certifications. She is the owner of @medmotionpilates, and is a Triple Board Certified Physician who has led the development of metabolic health programs nationwide.
In her spare time, Linda is a Volunteer Trapper for CCA and she doesn’t want to say how many Foster Fail cats live in her house…
