The Bigger Than Ball Foundation (EIN #33-3953792) has applied for tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service as a public charity described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, the approval of which is subject to the IRS’s discretion. Please note that if its application is not approved, donations to the foundation will not be tax-deductible. However, if its tax-exempt status is approved, it will be effective retroactive to the date of its formation, and your donation will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
