Harmonizing Inclusion: Adapting Musical Theater Lessons for Diverse Learners

Join us for a one-hour workshop focused on adapting and accommodating musical theater lesson plans for students with diverse exceptionalities. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lesson plans, or favorite activities/games. During the workshop, Chloe will guide participants through practical modifications and accommodations tailored to their students' needs. Chloe will model a sample lesson plan, demonstrating how to incorporate sensory-friendly activities, alternative communication methods, or simplified games/activities, while maintaining high expectations for all learners. Throughout the session, Chloe will also share effective classroom management strategies that have served her well in early childhood settings, enabling her to establish a productive and inclusive learning environment in any classroom.
