On September 19, 2025, For The Better Inc. hosts its 5th Anniversary Legacy in Action Gala at Glen Terrace, Brooklyn. This black-tie evening will feature a red-carpet welcome, fine dining, live entertainment, and honoree tributes recognizing leaders in youth wellness, equity, and civic engagement.

Presented by EmblemHealth and Healthfirst, with support from partners including Ponce Bank, Santander, NYC DYCD, and YouthBridge NY, the Gala unites 150+ civic leaders, cultural institutions, and businesses from across all five boroughs.

For The Better Inc. is dedicated to fostering health equity, educational opportunity, and economic empowerment for Brooklyn families. Over the past five years, the Gala has been our cornerstone fundraiser — raising vital resources for youth programs, family services, and community initiatives.
